Each monthly direct debit payment covers 4 week blocks of training and not a calendar month.
– All direct debit costs are based on 48 weeks of training, not 52 weeks. This allows the gym to close for up to 4 weeks each calendar year.
– If you’re ever need to cancel your membership please give us one months notice from your payment date that the dd is set for. For example if you set payments up for the 1st of each month then you would need to hand your notice in for cancellation on the 1st of each month or beforehand to not incur any further payments.
– Training packages cannot be frozen
– Training packages paid for in full can be refunded up until 7 days prior to the start date. After this point a 25% cancellation fee will be charged of the full amount. The reason for this is simply to give us an opportunity to find another person to take your place within the group
– Once training commences no refunds can be given

As standard, ModelHealth is always CLOSED on any national bank holidays. We will, however, always notify you in advance of any closures and/or changes to the session timetable.
