The reason I became a personal Trainer is because I am passionate, determined and very motivated which comes hand in hand with helping like minded people like you. I have always been a goal striven individual and your goals become mine as soon as you walk though those gym doors.

Personal Training is a great investment in your time, health and well being. Having a helping hand can enable you to put more energy into other priorities such as family, social and work life and to find a balance which I believe is most important.

No matter how many times you have tried and failed, I will ensure you get there by following a structured training and nutrition plan catered for your own needs. I have a proven track record of clients results and train many clients from all ability and fitness level’s.

For example one of my current clients was on Diazepam, Codine and Tramadol everyday to ease the pain from scoliosis, since training with me she is no longer on any forms of medication, lifts weights twice her bodyweight, has a 6 pack even with the missing ribs and metal rods in her back.

What I am trying to say, is you have to believe to achieve and I am that bubbly individual that will keep you on the straight and narrow and get you to your goal with fun and laughter along the way.

Don’t be the person that will look back in 6 to 12 months time and wish you had contacted me. Act now like many others and I promise you, you won’t look back.
