This breakfast was in fact made known to me by one of my mentors and top strength coaches Charles Poliquin. I tried this and wow did it go down well. So thought I would show you how to create it in a short video very easily for you to try to out yourself. If you like eggs but feel they taste a bit bland at times this will definitely be a winner with you as they take away the blandness without having to add sauce to it (yes I can see you adding that naughty addition to your plate).
– 4-6 eggs
– Rock/celtic/Himalayan salt
– Black Pepper Paprika
– Double cream
– Grass Fed Butter – Eg. Kerrygold
